Stephanie VanDyk M.OMSc, B.KIN

Stephanie’s passion for osteopathy stems from a lifelong interest and involvement in both athletics and rehabilitative sciences. Osteopathy allowed Stephanie to bridge her passions of athletics, biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and helping people into a very successful and rewarding career. Studying Osteopathy in its purest form has provided her with classical principles and an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology which allows her to provide both preventative and rehabilitative care to her patients. The dynamic nature of osteopathic sciences allows Stephanie to work with a wide range of patients including professional and college-level athletes, geriatrics, paediatrics and everything in between.

Stephanie began this journey at the University of Toronto, where she completed a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology in 2016, and continued her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) graduating in 2020. Stephanie has been practicing in her hometown of Brantford since completing her studies and opened inLIGN Osteopathy & Wellness in March 2023. Stephanie is also a faculty member at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she is able to keep her skills sharp and further the education of the future of the profession.

Stephanie’s main focus in her practice is bringing top-level osteopathic care to every patient that walks through her door. Patient education and a dynamic plan of care is what you can expect throughout your treatments with Stephanie. She believes that the more a patient is involved in their healing process the better the results.

When not at the clinic Stephanie enjoys playing soccer year-round, coaching the U19 Brantford CYO Women’s basketball team, travelling or spending time with her partner and mini-cockapoo Craig.
